Scale model of the Volvo F12 from Arve (Araber’n) Almerud. It is a Tekno model, created by and for Wim Varenkamp (scale 1:50). As a base for the model, the chassis of a Volvo FH was used. Model for driver Arne Kristoffersen – Mack F700

Although Stie used only Scania and Volvo in the early years, a Mack was imported. The driver was Arne Kristoffersen. Arne asked me to build a model of his truck. Since I have various stickers with all kinds of logos, it was not a problem at all. The model has a nice place at Arne’s home. Parts that were used came from Miho, Tekno and MOS.  Read More...

First model for STIES – Scania R-142

This truck was still carrying the old STIES logo (Oslo Trondheim). The truck has been delivered together with Roy Therkelsen with the Volvo F12 — BN 30741, back in 1986. This is my model of the Volvo FH 420, which you can see on the picture on the left. I have built this model for Bussbygg, a company specialized in car parts that build up the real car.
